TC Millwork has had a remarkably busy last year. Early in 2012 our millworking division was hard at work on this incredible renovation. A beautiful house located on Longbay Beach had seen many changes over the course of it’s history but new owners had a striking contemporary vision for it’s future. While we refinished many of the doors and windows to coordinate with the overall look, much of the interiors were completely gutted and re-envisioned, which gave us the opportunity to create several custom woodworks. These varied from clean lined combination open shelf and cabinet door vanities to imaginative designer furnishings like the oversize sofa swings hung from the octagon shaped sitting room and the live edge walnut slab kitchen island.

Pretty Pergola at Fleur de Lys

Just in time for the holiday arrivals, a pretty Pergola awaits our Fleur de Lys Villa guests. Now the birdwatching balcony is better than ever! TC Millwork did a fabulous job with the upgrade. Not only are we thrilled with the traditional Caribbean design, but love the practicality of having shade and rain cover over this area, which the adjoining office hardwood floors will thank us for later!

These rocking chairs are a pair of the best seats in the house for soaking in the views.

Here are the professional images by Steve Passmore of Provo Pictures from Saphire Sunset Villa in beautiful Chalk Sound. TC Millwork completed this extensive renovation just before the New Year. You may read more about this incredible makeover here.

As much as our company is known for it’s beautiful wood works, these photos are a testament to the competence of our construction. The pool and patio areas above, designed by Coast Architects, were a completely new addition to the well located Sopadilla beach front home.
